You normally only get special train times (passing times etc) put into the system a week or so in advance. There are times on the uksteam.info site for tours in the next week or so. I'd recommend you check again closer to the date you're interested in. If it's not on the uksteam site, try realtimetrains.co.uk and/or opentraintimes.com. When I last went to see with FS, the real time running times appeared on one but not the other, and the schedule was on uksteam beforehand.
Or relive the excitement of the days before real-time information, find out from the tour operator's site when it's due to leave (they have to tell their prospective passengers!), and do a bit of guesstimating. The anticipation's worth it.
Yep I missed it coming through Nottingham. I'm only 5mins from the station as well.

Hi
I emailed Hornby in regards the voucher and have now been offered to exchange the £20 club voucher fir a £15 website voucher.
I know its a loss of £5, but at least I can use it now.

I'm currently with Hornby and Bachmann, and weighing up which, if any to keep.
I still got my £20 voucher to use, and only an old loco (and already have) or a wagon of no use.

Thanks Peter, yes I always enjoy a good Exhibition, a whole GANG are going to the Nottingham Show on Sunday, its only about 40 minutes up the road and should be a good one.
Hopefully going myself Sunday. Was supposed to be taking my father-in-law, but we lost him suddenly. Its his funeral today.
Not been to Nottingham one for ages. Last time I went it was still at Victoria Baths.

This layout has inspired me. I have re-ignited my love of Model Railways. This has been aided by my step-daughter (10) having a keen interest. Been slowly building a collection of stock. I (well we) have an 8x4 board ready for a tail-chaser, but I kept an off cut of 4x2 to do a small depot to do something a bit more realistic to test my skills. I had thought about doing two 1x4 panels, and can now see what can be done.

RRP now announced as £220, also, more eye catching is that 400 out of 500 have sold out at the pre-order stage! If you want one, Id suggest emailing.
Talking of email, I have emailed Locomotion several times, with no reply, so maybe telephone them if you want to confirm an order?
Sorry if I have missed point, but is this pre-orders for the Prototype HST?

Slightly amused to see Scotsman featured on "East Midlands Today" last night on the basis that it would be "appearing in Leicestershire" later in the year. Wonder how many other BBC regional news programs covered it - obviously Look North (Yorkshire) did and I presume North West Tonight would have. Possibly a good thing no other A3s were not preserved as they no doubt would all be disguised as 4472.
I was looking around to see if FS will be making a visit to the GCR, but couldn't find anything on the NRM site. The "East Midlands Today" feature suggests it could be.
