Thanks for the pic's Anthony, sorry I missed you and Dad yesterday. The O Gauge 4F in the second pic is my old Bachmann Brassworks one that I weathered and sold to a fellow Club Member a few years ago.
Yeah that 4F looks really good !

Morning Anthony, well done and superbly edited, but HOW did you do the Smoke in the opening sequence please?
I found some green screen smoke on youtube which can be downloaded then I used camtasia 9 for the editing which has the ability to use green screen effects. Camtasia you have to pay for although you can get a trial with a watermark over the rendered videos.
Above you can see camtasia 9 and how the smoke looks on the time line.
Above is the smoke clip from youtube. As you can see the original background was green which is removed before being placed over the video.

Evening all,
It seems like an eternity since the last video but good news ! After ages of editing Peak Dale Wood Part 7 is now being uploaded to youtube and should be done by the time you are reading this. The new video editor I am using is quite different from the last editor so I will have to try and get the hang of things again. Apart from that I hope you enjoy the video. (the link will be below when its has finished uploading)
Cheers,
Anthony

Evening all,
The new video is in the process of rendering and should be on youtube very soon. With the progress of the layout it feels more and more like the peak district, and when the station is finally finished it should look superb. As A bonus at the end of the video there is a little bit of sound editing just for the extra realism . Hope you all enjoy it.

Its been a while since the last video so I thought lets make a new intro to start off, then do some filming after. Please let me know what you think about the new intro.

I'm sorry to report that Peak Dale Wood part 5 will be delayed due to bad video quality which will have to be re-filmed . In the mean time there is always this ...

Looking forward to another update Marcus...
Depending on what we are doing there should hopefully be a new video of the layout within the next week or so.
