  1. I even over heard Fran saying how much he would like a non motorised 442 SWR livery set so he could drag them behind a GBRf 66 😁
  2. Maybe, but the crappy Hornby one lines up better
  3. Ok, I understand ref the axles. But this is two side on photos. What am I missing? The step on the bogie and on the foot plate do not line up and the edge of the bogie frame looks to be further inset than it should?
  4. Sticking my head above the parapet here, but looking at the photo of the Colas 56 above compared to 048 below, isn’t the bogie too far back? The real one is past the door to the front to my eye, at a leat favourable angle as well? The middle axle looks closer to the front compared with the rear?
  5. Maybe if it was a OO Gauge 5-WES or a 56 with the correct bogie arrangement you wouldn’t need a bump 😁
  6. 5-WES Class 43 Mk3, A & B So many variations loco & HST formations.
  7. Based on those prices I’d be happy to purchase 6 units. 2 NSE, 1 Early SWT, 2 later SWT & 1 x SWR
  8. Or better still just crack on with it, you'd still beat AN Other to market with it anyway. besides it makes sense to add it to the rest of your MK3 development that must be going on behind the scenes to pair up with the Class 43 :)
  9. @McC I’d obviously like Fragonset & pink Wessex Trains 31’s to match, with push pull sound files for the locos, as through wired 😁
  10. Mk2D so we can Run the 31’s as an authentic wessex trains set 🙏
  11. I disagree, I’d like an accurate 59 and the Dapol still isn’t correct in moulding or lighting, plus there is still no provision for 59001-4
  12. This is true, although A can produce a similar ( B still don’t included capacitors, easy retrofit for some) model for less money. I’m also keen on NSE Revised livery. Perhaps a photo of 50044 Exeter in revised NSE would have been better 😂
  13. like these Furzebrook LPG tanks
  14. Is it me or are Ultimate Model Railways slow on the uptake? I'm interested in their Cavalex PHA project and thought I'd preorder Farewell 56's and a couple of 60's via them, but 56's are missing and all 60's aren't even listed on their site?
  15. I was also on the farewell tour so the sound fitted pack is on my list when it’s available. But as they ran in top n tail mode I don’t see the sound as an issue. As one was powering and the other idling. This presesnts a new issue in allowing the trailing loco to move whilst just giving an idling sound
  16. 60065 🙏 in it’s current tatty state
  17. I'd be curious to go the other way, create 18.83mm track but with relaxed OO finescale standards and not the tight tolerances of P4/EM. Code 82/83 flat bottom rail or code 75 Bull head. Peco already make the 83 FH & 75 BH. keep the same radius profiles as OO, so you can still have the same size layouts? you could call it H4 or AO (Accura O)
  18. Sheds yes, but I want the mother of sheds! saying a 59 is like a 66 is like calling a 33 a 26/7 or 40/45
