I believe the top number is inspection coach ‘Caroline’. Normally with a class 37 and is used for visual inspection of the track and surroundings by engineers. It has a class 31 controll desk so can drive the class 37 without needing to run around.
68014 is in Chiltern Rail livery not Wessex Trains.
57007 was to be named ‘John Scott’. The plate used to be on a 47.

Very sad indeed. Where did you hear this?
I assume it will stay there as a fuel point but it fuel will just not be added by train.
With everything up there (Caledonian Sleeper, Alcan freight, Royal Scotsman) all with GBRf traction, locos are often swapped around so maybe they are just refueled at Mossend or Polmadie then?
I’m not sure if the ScotRail 156s use it at all?
