Apologies if this has been covered already amongst the many pages but I’ve just got my sound fitted Colas grid out the box, I’ve pressed function 1 to activate the sound so with the sound on and upon turning the dial on my controller to get the loco moving, the flange squeal sounds straight away until it picks up speed then it goes off by itself and then when slowing the loco down, once it gets down to crawling speed the flange squeal activates again until the loco comes to a complete stop - even on straight track! I’ve got a factory sound fitted DCR grid too and this one doesn’t do this and I’ve looked at the internal switches to see if one was different to the other but all switches are as they should be. I’ve only got a Hornby elite controller at the moment so can only access 12 functions (none higher than 12) Any help is much appreciated 🙂

That’s great to hear the artwork has been amended for production, it’s great that everyone can work together and communicate all the way through to help produce the quality we expect and appreciate today. Especially when it’s so hard to earn the extra money to afford what we want 🙂 I’m just wondering whether there is an estimated date that these are due to hit the shops? I’m only asking as I’m trying to budget with the Revolution HOA’s & MMA/JNA’s due out soon too. Keep up the great work 👍

For run 2 I’d like to see: DCR 56103 Rebranded fast line (in today’s condition) Colas 56302 with ‘Peco’ name plates These class 56’s are by far the best RTR locos I own. Sound, lights and detail has set a new standard for me and certainly looking forward to Cavalex class 60!

Now that illuminated destination boards have been manufactured into models ie the class 158’s & and 159’s Bachmann have done, I’m hoping for a newly tooled set of Voyagers 220/221 in cross country livery would do me very nicely 👌🏻

Had the pleasure of seeing this layout for the first time at Taunton on Sunday. It looks incredible in photos but they honestly don’t do the layout justice, the detail is just superb 👌🏻 I could have stood and watched it all day! I also had the pleasure of being handed one of the KSA timber carriers and was instantly blown away by the sheer length of them! As you’ve said Mike they didn’t have the weights in them but the detail was spot on as you’d expect and I’m very happy to have already preordered a lengthy rake of these wagons to complement the Revolution timber carriers previously released 😎

Have to say that weathering looks absolutely superb for a ‘factory weathered’ example 👌🏻
