  1. Wouldn't surprise me if more 47s are announced, maybe a retool 57. Intercity Swallow mk1s would be nice and how about a Dutch OBA? Or a Mainline/Loadhual OCA. Then since we already have a BDA it wouldn't take much to do a BMA, BNA, BPA. From a personal perspective any of the above would be welcomed by myself.
  2. Another excellent addition to the steel wagon fleet. Just need the JSAs in the Caib 3xxx number series and the long Tiphook bogie RIV numbered curtain siders. Apart from a few prototypes that must be about a full house for covered wagons? I wonder how the Cavalex BIA/BXAs are coming along?
  3. Looks like test car 2. Which was used for a lot of new stock brake testing north of Crewe. I'd hazard a guess that's what's going on here.
  4. It's been a good few days for types fives. My initial reaction was why not class 08/09 there's loads of detail differences that's surely right up Accurascales street. But then I read that they have worked with Hattons and the tooling has found further use, so that's a positive. Also theres nothing for me in the first batch that takes my fancy, phew wallet breathes a sigh of relief.
  5. Apologies if it's already been mentioned in the thread but does anyone know if it's possible to swap the bodies/chassis between the most recent retooled and previous 47s?
  6. Well the Lobsters are too modern for my liking but BMA, BNA and BPA looks promising for the future. Fingers crossed.
  7. Do I spy a tail lamp on the ladder end? Speaking of which I'm liking the different styles of ladder.
  8. Very nice addition. Modelling the jumbos just a bit more easier.
  9. Hello all, i'm hoping it's ok to resurrect an old thread. I fancy having a bash at doing 37072 and 73106 in the Engineers allover grey from the late 90s. Does anyone happen to know of a match for the grey from a Halfords rattle can?
  10. Wow excellent, lots of modern era stuff. Better start saving now for the 60s and FGW HST. I wonder how they will tackle the nose on 37116? Also the last time I saw a Colas 67 the yellow and orange extended further down. Or has it has had a recent repaint?
  11. Wasn't there a 46 With a Deltic style marker lights?
  12. Apologies if it has already been mentioned. But to my eyes the tail lights look to be too large in diameter and makes the marker lights look too small. I also noticed the buffer shanks should be stepped if they are portraying the Oleo buffers.
  13. Thanks I missed that, it's not something I've had a chance to look at. Also thanks to the @fat controller I didn't know the Bristol traffic had moved. I'm still catching up over the past two years.
  14. According to my notes from 2 years ago Frieghtliner have 65 pairs, DB have 2 triplets and GBRF had* 32 triplets but I understand they have a lot more on order. I haven't been spotting on a while so I'm working from an old wagon book. I believe the closest any would get to Cornwall would be the FL pairs working into Cardiff Wentloog and Bristol.
  15. Cough... Trains rail Dutch cough...
