I discovered by accident some time ago that this model was available......
I had been after the COMSA 316.003 Club model around 2010 and one online search brought up an Electrotren spares list which showed the body shell for the AZVI model. Once I knew it existed, I quickly tracked it to Basar Valira and ordered one to be delivered to Scotland. I then went back for the two Mabar AZVI hopper sets. I have since managed to get 316.002 VIAS and 316.003 COMSA.
I agree that the Electrotren 316 is an excellent model and I am hoping that they continue to release more contractors versions. Fingers are crossed for the 318.009 TECSA one day.
