Hi Guys. in addition to the 'man boxes' can we have a speedy return to the plastic 'man sleeves' that protect the boxes from wear and tear. Some may say not needed but they were a valuable addition.

Hi Guys. any updates yet on the flickering light fix for the Mk5 DVT. Im aware that one os being looked into albeit DCC only.

Ian. i kept all correspondence from the original order. That includes order number and emails from all communications. If you have laid deposits and balances etc then your bank can provide details but the mantra here is to keep all correspondence. I have and im happy with how the HTG have communicated.

Aye, ive had the email from the HTG. they appear to be on the way but landing/customs and every other external influence will mean they arrive when they arrive and that MAY be later than expected 🤣

I am NOT being critical at all about SLW. Quite the contrary. I have several class 24's and im highly delighted. I am just as excited as you all about getting my hands on them. Hopefully not long now.

My 'gut' feeling is that there is something amis im afraid. I simply cant see how it should take 3 months to start sending out these models unless they are fitting sound chips and speakers and stay alive capacitors before they ship them. I hope this is not the case as models get damaged when bodies are taken on and off even with the best will in the world. i hope im totally wrong on this one and i will stand being corrected.

Anyone had any deliveries of DCC Sound 25's yet ? im not contacting Phil as i have 5 on order and a 24 but really itching to get me hands on my first 25.

Thanks Roy. I am presuming these have been bought ???, for preservation. Cant see them being here if they are to be scrapped. the 37 is an interesting one. Im going to try to get access next week to get a better look at them

Just walking past a big storage facility near me today and ironically after looking at the EP's of Cavalex's class 60 spied these through the fence. Ive NEVER seen stored locos here but hope the pics help and if anyone knows what they are doing there or indeed any history, id love to know. A 37 tucked in behind these two class 60's as well but couldnt get any closer

Well, less then 24 hours after ordering from Model Railways Direct ive received the first mk2 coach. this is SERIOUSLY good service and credit to MRD and the Royal Mail (cant believe im saying this about RM). You have gained a loyal customer here for repeat business.

Can i just pass on a massive thanks to you folks on this cracking forum. Ive just ordered 5 Inter City Blue grey liveried coaches from Model Railways Direct. Speaking to Jo at the company they were selling like hotcakes as i was placing my order. A testament to the popularity of these coaches and to Accurascale for producing them. They look absolutely superb and i cant wait to get them delivered and to put them to use on my layout. Once again, thanks for the 'heads up' from people on the forum and its what makes it worthwhile being a part of this community of like minded individuals. Top marks to the team at Accurascale.

Excellent news Fran regarding the Mk5's DVT's. I have two sets of the TPE liveried versions and look forward to this with much anticipation. Its good to know that DCC users weren't forgotten and that we can have an effective working unit. fantastic news.

Morning all. just received my RTC Coach Pack finally and note that there is no limited edition certificate in the pack. I seem to remember others having them and others not. A small part but none the less an important one. Ive sent AS a message to ask what is happening regarding these. also, can anyone let me know if they have stopped putting these boxes in the protective clear cover (slide on plastic sleeve) as mine doesnt seem to have one nor do i know if they should have or are simply just the box. small points in the great scheme of things but id appreciate if some of you nice folks could let me know. thankyou. regards Mick

Ive bank transferred my money this evening and used the order number sent last year when placed as the reference. look forward to receiving my DCC sound fitted HTG 37 in due course. sent a confirmatory email and asked them to check receipt.
