A couple of days of very sporadic use, and I find myself at home with the new interface, and like the cleaner look it presents.

No idea what the fuss has been about in some quarters: most of the changes are purely cosmetic.

Possibly the last time I shall travel on an HST today. It was strange. No underfloor engine meant it was eerily quiet.

also noticed a brace of 91s stored at Leicester depot. I remember them being introduced - a lot more recently that the class 56s stabled around them!
