    Rail activity in the last week between MOD Bicester Ashchurch and Marchwood. First trains into Ashchurch for a while. Sadly I have only caught an empty train out today heading for the south coast.

    Some of the buildings/scenic sections are going on to separate boards again to be able to remove and detail, then secure when they are finished. Plus the plan is the 5mm MDF the buildings are on will give a little relief from the flat baseboards the track will be laid on.....

    Back to layout construction for the last few weeks. I call it mocking up. There is a track plan but before the code 75 is secured I have been adding basic structures before they go off to be detailed and I actually commit to the permanent way. Make sense to me....
