    I'm in the UK and have British stock, so it'd have to be British outline. I'll have a look at the SSMRS to see what their track is like.

    For which country, and which gauge? What era?

    Tomalco sell US style flex track and turnouts for both S and Sn3.
    If you want slightly coarser track, then there are various options including American Models.
    Visit the NASG website at nasg.org, and look at the products section.

    If you mean British outline, then the S Scale Model Railway Society has its own specially drawn rail and bespoke moulded chairs, or you can use 4mm scale rail and chairs. But you then cut your own sleepers and timbers, file your own pointblades and vees, and soon. You need to be a member of SSMRS to buy the track, but since it was funded by the Society for its members that’s only fair.

    Without more information from you, though, it’s hard to answer your question.
