Ok, following a request for some pictures, here are a few taken recently.

Still a work in progress, and I am aware there is some correcting to be done.  This is just a layout for my pleasure, and the family, it is not perfect or for exhibition purposes. The biggest change I made was to swap to DCC half way through construction.  It is now configured to run on both. 

I am retired from the BIG railway after half a lifetime playing with the 1:1 scale, but have spent the last three years building an 00 gauge layout in my loft. 

Originally from the Midland Region as a Signalman, I spent my last 23 years on the Western Region, but of course, I am modelling the Midland!

I might need some help from those on this forum as it has been a steep learning curve, so far. 

Looking forward to discussions and some help.
