Have you tried Fusion 360 which is free to use, you can get colours correct and get things to look more real. Roblox Studio looks a bit chunky like lego.

Attached are a couple of Broad Gauge locos I have drawn up in Fusion 360 a Gooch Bogie class and a Gooch Sun class as running as a saddle tank.

I agree David, thank you for the recommendation! Fusion 360 seems very nice and more refined, more detailed too but I wish to continue using Roblox Studio, as its the building software for the game "Roblox" which features other player-made games, I also follow a certain style where stuff may look very blocky, what we call Stud Style! I love your models too, they're just so amazing and great!

  2. I do all my model designs in Roblox Studio yes, and it's quite limited but seeing many people having created things that look like it came from different softwares would make me say so otherwise. But then again, quite limited as the "Unioning" process (Which allows you to modify non-mesh parts like adding a cylindrical hole through a block part) doesn't allow users to apply it to Mesh parts, like the cones you see. Happy to have helped!

  3. Quite a late reply, deeply apologize. I use "Roblox Studio", which has its own free-roam camera so It allows me to aim the camera pretty much at any angle and such.

And yes, i agree with your statement about the colours looking quite flat, it has to do something with the lighting I chose, I usually tend to avoid using custom Colors that arent from the default selection as I want my models to fit within the style i chose. Hopefully i've given you the information you wanted! Thanks :)

I can elaborate more if needed!
