  2. Here is the reply I have from exhibitions... Previously, tickets were valid for either day. They would print a copy and hand in at the gate. For 2023, we will scan all tickets – they don’t need to be printed. We have to have specified days. If someone books for Saturday but then can't come until Sunday, they just need to let us know and we will update the ticket order. They will receive an email confirmation to confirm this too. I’m sure we will have some on the day and we can check their order and whether the ticket has been used the day before as well. We will have staff on standby for any guidance needed on the day😊 Hopefully this helps, give me a shout if you have any other questions.
  3. Unfortunately, the subscriber discount had to be dropped this year. We've changed booking provider and it wasn't possible from a technical side. We've tried to keep ticket prices as low as possible, though, and you can still get in at 9:30am if you pre-book. On the second point, I'm not 100% sure if the booking of each day is that rigid. Leave it with me and I'll try and get an answer.

  5. Thanks for the feedback Huw - some valid comments there! I'm trying to run a survey every couple of years, so will definitely keep this in mind for the next one.
  6. Hey Keith Unfortunately, there is no way for me to check if your responses have been collected or not for DP reasons. I'll investigate the IPAD issue, but if the link defaults back to the WoR homepage, that means a response should have been registered, as the same IP address can only enter once. In the interim, I'd perhaps suggest entering on a computer or phone instead - not helpful I know, but the system has a few limitations.
  7. Thank you for the feedback - we're using a new system, so there are a couple of niggles. I'll take a look in a mo and will let you know when amended.
  8. Here at BRM, we do our best to put the reader at the heart of everything we do. Only 10 minutes of your time and you could be the proud owner of this impressive prize! CLICK HERE TO TAKE PART TODAY CLICK HERE TO TAKE PART TODAY THANK YOU!
  9. Brilliant - glad you got it sorted and you enjoyed the video. Apologises for the slow response - we're on press this week for the next issue if you can believe it!
  10. Exciting new feature for the next World of Railways Virtual Exhibition! It’s your turn to ask the questions, as for the next #BigWoRShow, we’ve asked some expert modellers to join two panel discussions, one is on prototype modelling and the second is scenic detail. What does it take to strictly model a prototype location? Our first fantastic panel - Tony Wright, Chris Mead and Graham Nicholas - will be on hand to discuss the challenges, offer tips and answer your questions. Our second panel - Dan Evason, Jamie Warne and Richard Hart - will be discussing the challenges, ideas and offering tips on how to bring a layout to life with scenic detail and cameo scenes. If you have a question for either panel, let us know in the comments below, and we will see if our experts can help during the next World of Railways Virtual Exhibition on December 4-5th. If you haven’t done so already – make sure the date is in your diary! This show is shaping up to be one of our biggest yet!
  11. Thanks for getting in touch - the links should be working fine and the text has been updated for both videos as we had them the wrong way around. If you download again, it should be all fixed now. Any further problems, drop me a line. Debbie
