  1. All Will 08761 with sound ever be released. Guessing delayed due to chip shortages? Thanks
  2. Rob The 73/9s were used on PW trains in and around the Burntisland area four or five years ago. I am not sure on the name of the wagon but it was the low sided yellow bogie Network Rail spoil/ballast wagons.
  3. Hi TTA tankers would also be an option for haulage by class 17 and bogie bolsters with pipes.
  4. What does awaiting actually mean on the GF website please. Something I have on pre-order has gone from June/July to (awaiting). Kind of thinking I will be waiting longer for it now. Thanks
  5. Hi Something which would fit in but is not often modelled is shipbuilding steel plate in on plate wagons or bolsters also pipe wagons in and scrap out in open wagons
  6. John This looks really great welcome to N gauge the 17 is a lovely model love trains and aircraft looking forward to seeing the Harriers are you going to get a coach or some wagons for your layout
  7. Sorry I don't have any answers but a few things i think maybe likely are most branches were 1 engine in steam if there was an extensive yard a shunting locomotive may have been present for most of the day Also consider slip working i am not sure how common it was as you needed double the amount of wagons but this did mean the train engine spent a short amount of time at the mine
  8. Guys Can anyone help i am. Looking for some pics of a bespoke weedsprayer Wagon from late 90s it featured in a photo in rail magazine with a coal sector class i think it may have been an SPA wagon modified and it may have been at Didcot i have already checked Paul Bartlet site but came up with nothing also google check found nothing

  11. Guys DRS have not pulled the plug they simply lost the contact it has been with Colas Rail before and switched between DRS and Colas a couple of times and there are still some places like Kyle and Mallaig where HSTs wont be allowed the MMT has been to Fort William and Oban so is allowed on those lines
  12. Tom The dispensation to use the MK2 coaches ends tomorrow they are not permitted to be used in passenger service now Scotrail did have a tender out and the original plan was for the 68s and complient coaches to return on these services in December but with sharp fall in demand post Covid 19 this plan has been axed
  13. All With lockdown now partly lifted i was able to head out and record the final Fife class 68s this also sees the end of MK2 passenger coaches on scheduled passenger trains
