I keep trying to respond however mods keep deleting my posts. I suspect this one will too. Will the mod doing this have the guts to speak to me about it, or will they just keep hiding?

I agree. Given that this news has come relatively late in the day, I would have thought it warranted a small extension for it to spread, sink in, and inspire a few more modellers.

This has happened to me before and he was away on holiday, but in this climate that might not be the case. He did get back to me however and I've never had any problems with him. I've always had a good service so hopefully it's something similar. 

I did manage to get through to someone today who was quite helpful. I received an explanation for the communication problems and appears that normal service will resume shortly.

I've had no end of trouble getting hold of this shop. 3 emails to both email addresses in the last 9 days, a message on Facebook and I've rung on 3 separate occasions during shop hours only for it to ring endlessly. I had high hopes given his reputation, however in this case I'm really not impressed.
