    I had this problem recently and phoned A and H for advice. The gentleman recommended leaving the Lenz unit (LZV100 in my case) plugged in for 4 to 5 hrs to give the internal battery a good charge. This certainly worked for me so perhaps worth a try before doing anything else.

    My LZV100 has error code 97. Book says internal battery dead. Is that something I can sort myself?

    Update - took out capacitors and changed motors (was doing that anyway) and no difference. Played with CVs and changing CV4 to 2 was the only one that allowed the locos to stop. Any other setting didn't work.

    Yes both directions. They sometimes stop. Fine in other locos. I don't have access to DC. No problems set at zero. Keep going if lifted then replaced. Also sometimes ignore emergency stop but eventually do.

    Help. I have 2 locos that wont stop once set in motion, in either direction. At first I thought it was maybe the decoders (both Zimo. 1 MX622 & 1 MX621) so changed them to Lenz silver minis but no different. Any suggestions please people? Cheers

    Several of my Locos (N gauge, various makes) use these decoders. Very good decoders.

    So what's happening with all the traded in hand controllers? Can we obtain any second hand? I know Lenz want us to upgrade but some of us might be happy with what we've got.

    Feeling very embarrassed right now. It was my Bullguard firewall causing the problems. All sorted and working. Thank you to everyone

    Sadly No. The latest Lenz Software you mentioned previously worked but not the one I needed. Have to assume it just doesn't work with Windows 10 latest version. I have a tower running windows 7 with a working version so may use that but ideally wanted it on the Laptop for space reasons. Cheers for your help. gave me plenty of things to check out.

    Tried everything suggested and everything i can think of and still not working. Have to assume doesnt work under this revision of windows 10. Have read that people have used it on win10 but perhaps the updates have scuppered that.

    Firstly thank you for trying to help me. The software is what comes with the 23150 Li-Usb interface (I believe it's the same as the software that came with your 23151 LAN/USB). They are not communicating with each other. The Li-server, Li-throttle and cv editor are not working cos the LI-configuration isnt responding.

    In Device Manager yes. Not aware of being able to do it within the software (when i say software I am not referring to the drivers)

    Having problems with Li-Usb on laptop. The Li-Usb Configuration doesn't seem to be talking to the server. Am assuming it's a software issue as the drivers 'seem' to be working. All lights on unit on to show connection to comp and command station. The Configuration window is almost blank (no details) and a window pops up saying make sure server is running. Which it is. Tried different drivers, running in compatibility mode and reinstalling software but no luck. Anyone got any ideas please? Thanks Barry
