Bachmann Ultimate won't work with a few decoders in DCC Help & Questions Posted December 27, 2017 Hi I have many locos and decoders all working fine with my Bachmann Ultima controller. However a few recent purchases do not work. They appear to program, I can read and write correct cv values. I have tried dcc decoder reset cv8=8. However loco do not respond to throttle on main track or any F functions. The appear to program and jolt slightly on programming (although maybe not as much jolt as others) I am successfully programming a variety of other decodes since having issues. Any thoughts on solution. And I acknowledge far more sophisticated controllers are available at far highs prices. I am generally very happy with my Ultima.
