    I stand to be corrected, but over the final years the mk3 DVT and class 59 seemed to have been what could be judged the last models, along  the 321 electrics and their 3rd rail cousins.

     

    . Certainly be interesting if there was an 86/87 …the earlier  AC electrics do seem extremely rare , any appearances on the usual sale channels non existent.

    Hi , yes I have not seen before glazing self cut and shaped and glued over the outside of the frames… a challenge on a peak given the curves… but full marks to the previous owner who did it.

      Oh I see, on the outside of the frames, I didn't notice that - now that is a different approach!
