An ebay retailer is refusing to refund me the return postage for an item he sent me which was WRONG! Grrrr

  If it was a buy it now item, unless he specifically says in his T&C's that he doesn't refund return postage, then under the distance selling law, he has to refund your costs.

In response to Baldrick who keeps deleting replies - "If you were 'banned' you wouldn't be able to access the site would you? Your status is that you're moderated which means others don't see your posts until we've checked them for which you've only got yourself to blame over inflammatory and misguided posts."

  I rather thought that railway modelling was a hobby for steady tranquil types, people who can't be doing with the stresses of modern life or at least an escape from it. Having read some of the posts and replies on this site, I find that my hobby too is slowly being taken over by the poor manners and unpleasantness so common in modern life. The models may be infinitely better than years gone by, some of the people are not.
