    I went to the show yesterday, it was generally very good and well spread out across the 3 floors. I appreciate all the hard work and effort that goes in to putting on these events. There did seem to be a lack of general traders and more specialist stands, but I appreciate that people want to be able to pick up specific items at these shows. There was a nice selection of layouts across the gauges.

    I had a call from SLW to update my card details and check posting address, later got an email with a Royal Mail tracking link attached. Looking forward to receiving 25324, it has been a long time coming but I know it will be worthwhile. I'll upload some photos over the weekend.

    Managed to pick up 019 from Rails of Sheffield last week. I must say this new 56 is a superb model, captures the prototype brilliantly - the grilles are a work of art. The sound file and speaker combination is the best I've ever heard on a OO model - looking forward to testing it on the layout once the EM wheels arrive. It's so good I fancy another already, perhaps the EWS one.. 👍

    I would probably refrain from copying information from WNXX considering it's a subscription based website. The news section is not free.

    I would imagine you would have to enquire through the retailer that stock the Cavalex item as they don't sell direct as far as I know. I do believe Colletts Models offer payment plans.
