Good luck. I hope it works, so you can consign those cancer sticks to the dustbin of history.

I'm not a smoker, but I knew some people who were - who were unable to stop before it was too late.

What they went through was nasty - towards the end, it was slow, painful, torture - I could see the agony in their every breath. I don't want anyone else to go there.

I'm sure quitting will be tough - but it's worth the effort. I wish you every success.

PHEW Dave !! I had a slight panic then I thought Stoptober was about stopping drinking for the month, I have a couple of parties and a wedding to go to, panic over.

I keep mixing up Stoptober with Go Sober For October.
