    The 2nd photo is class you can see the street where i lived. It looks as though your pic was taken on the old foot bridge crossing into spam valley but i thought it was gone by 1991

    Bit of a long shot but does anyone have any pics of the Menstrie DCL Molases trains that ran through Stirling/Cambus A freight line at the bottom of my garden in my youth and I never took one photo DOH!!!

    And low and behold todays working has 9 TTA's behind an EWS 66 rest of the rake was all TEA's

    I work in Grangemouth so have the advantage of seeing the Grangemouth Tanker trains most days and it is not uncommon for there to be a mix of the two usually with a 66 or sometimes a 60 working them. Neil

    Mark, think the two industrial places being referred to here are Caberboard (beside Plean Signal box) and possibly superglass just south of Stirling maybe that will help to trace if there were any???

    I really like this layout, despite not really being the biggest fan of kettles it reminds me of summers in sunny sussex! We used to visit my mums relatives in Forest Row and you can see a lot of the themes of small towns like this on your layout Cheers, Neil

    I wonder if any of you guys would be able to help here...... Looking for any photos that you may have of molases trains around Menstrie/Cambus/Stirling area ? Looking for inspiration for a layout that will be the sidings at the DCL site in Menstrie! Thanks in advance
