Well that went well. I set a application to a TOC and recived a response at 14:39 today. That was a quick read through my CV, I personal feel that the company in question rejected my application due to the fact that i have a disability (dyslexia).Feeling pissed off.
That's exactly what I put on my form and now I'm on my drivers course in August and if you apply for any safety critical post on the railway sadly dyslexia is a definite no no
If that the company in question is saying that dyslexia is a no no then I have a case for discrimination. The thing is that I worked for British Rail from 1979 - 1989 with no problems. Cov Guard you have just opened a very big can of worms with me.
