    Good afternoon

    I have been looking at your photos, the last week of steam.

    The memories have come flooding back  Carnforth, Rose Grove & Lostock Hall.

    A small group of us  had travelled  from North London with St David's transport club for the last week of steam.

     we had made a headboard  which read farewell to steam. I believe this may be the one that is shown on 41241at KWVR.

      Yes it was an interesting week, a very long tome ago. The Sunday at Carnforth was a bit sad, Glad that you have found this pic and it has some meaning to you.
