  1. I am debating whether or not to bring a non-chocolate cake on Sunday. As if.
  2. Actually it's of a house that no longer exists. It was alongside a horse tramway, in Derbyshire, and the client sent me as many old photos as he could find. Some were as the house was in use, and some in it's derelict state. When I asked him which version he wanted, he said both.
  3. So I buy a cake, bring it to the show, donate it to the cause, then buy a slice of it to eat? Sounds like a plan.
  4. If any of you are visiting this show today, please do stop and say hello - I'll be sat somewhere making buildings.
  5. Apologies - Castell 009 will not be appearing, but I will be there demonstrating making model buildings.
  6. My latest commission is now underway - Bow Station, Devon, in 1:76 scale.
  7. Considering this as a possible outfit for the day.
  8. With regards to stability, I only use a maximum height of a 5 plank wagon to be transferred, definitely not a box van.
  9. They are quite stable, at low speeds, and with the slight dip in the 'rail' for the std gauge wagon, they don't roll off either. I agree they should be much lower, but the 16.5mm wheel sets don't fit over the 9mm chassis ( that I used). Maybe inside framed NG wagons might be better?
  10. Yes, the client wants this same house in a derelict state too.
