  1. Sam is the designer.
  2. Totally agree. Would love a model of that livery.
  3. Was there anything in the 66 at Kettering?
  4. So now that we are well past CNY, do we have an estimate as to when we will see samples of the 66?
  5. Dublo models still have plastic tenders as far as I’m aware so any plastic body should be fine. R2338 was the first of the new super detailed mallards so anything after that code should be fine. Try eBay for some broken models
  6. Can I request the Halls next please. 258 locomotives should give you a very steady income for years to come. And I can only imagine how perfect a Hogwarts Castle done to Accurascale standards would be lol
  7. Thanks for the lists Andy. Great to see another WCRC Mk1 but disappointing there’s not a single OO Steam loco.
  8. Why? Just why? Accurascales is already in production. What a waste of tooling. Why not do the 40? KR has an atrocious record of listening to customers and putting out sub par models, (anyone say fell?), a totally new 40 would have been an absolute killer for Bachmann.
  9. Yes but if it was powered, it wouldn’t be floating. Either way, Cavalex has done the correct thing but having it the way they have. Much better for road holding and no chance of pivoting and coming off the track
  10. Easy enough to sort aftermarket ones
  11. Just put my preorder in for 60081 sound fitted. Cant wait.
  12. Unfortunately there’s only 10 coaches listed on the website, 9 of which are the Coronation Scot coaches, so no use to anyone that can’t get into the shop.
  13. Thank you to all retailers who have replied. Those who have, do any of you do international postage? I’m in Kiwiland lol
  14. I haven’t purchased anything with Cavalex yet as I’m waiting for the inevitable IKB 60081 to be announced lol. But I was wondering if Cavalex have any kind of payment plan system in place, like what accurascale have with Partial.ly. Would be fantastic to be able to pay models off over 6 months with other manufacturers as well. I have 5 in order with Acc, all at varying stages of paying between £35-£40 a month.
  15. Great to see another KFA wagon, and the BR King will do me nicely.
  16. Given that the price is listed as £195 on Hornby’s site, I’d say it is definitely the full detail model.
  17. No but there is one from someone else and guaranteed their price is cheaper too.
  18. Very sad news indeed. I’ve been using Hattons for most of my adult modelling life. They were always a fantastic crew to deal with. Their international shipping was fast and efficient. Without them I wouldn’t have purchased my first couple of O Gauge models last year. Wishing all the staff well for their future endeavours
  19. I would love to see a proper Royal Train set of coaches made. Double doors and everything
