Road Transport Images are continuing to provide a mail order service on our range of 1:76 commercial and military road vehicle parts. We work from home and are using online purchase of postage and a local parcel post box to post items thus eliminating contact with post office staff.
The full range continues to be available online at:

Thanks Phil, that would be great. I have asked on Facebook on an NCB related group but have had a limited response.
We will be at Wigan next weekend, Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust at Bridgeton the following weekend and IPMS Glasgow at Bellahouston the Saturday after that. Then in November, we are doing Scotmodel at Falkirk on the first Sunday and Warley at the NEC.
Almost finished the tipper body so hopefully will get a mould from it soon. It is based loosely on the one in the picture below, that photograph was taken on the other side of the harbour from where the exhibition was last week.

Phil,
Did you ever get anywhere with these transfers? I am looking at potentially doing some NCB ones for the RTI range alongside a bulk tipper body. The bit I am struggling with is finding out the area depot addresses that were on the cans.#

Really good models. Frank Waller did something similar with the airfix trailer but that was one that didn't come to us with the business as Diane (Frank's daughter) has it in a cabinet at home.
An update on the RTI website - I'm pleased to say it is not dead but just sleeping! We have made all the changes that we can and I am just trying to get some time with the web man to change a few others before we can go live. It is frustrating but we will get there hopefully soon.

The Road Transport Images range of 1:76 scale cabs, chassis, bodies, trailers, wheels, and transfers for commercial and military vehicles, which was developed by the late Frank Waller has recently passed to us.
Our intention this year is to get the current range of cabs, vans, bodies, trailers, complete kits, wheels accessories and transfers available to modellers again with further development following on from that. We are indebted to Frank's daughter, Diane, for all the help and support that she has given them during transfer of the business and are determined to maintain and expand Frank’s legacy, such an important asset to 1:76 modellers.
The new business address is 2 Macallan Place, Irvine, North Ayrshire, KA112DN. The website, once up and running, will continue at www.roadtransportimages.com
Road Transport Images will be attending a number of shows and exhibitions in 2019. The first two will be:
Classic and Vintage Commercial Vehicle Show, Gaydon 8th and 9th June
Perth Model Railway Show, Dewars Centre, Perth 29th and 30th June
Attached is a copy of the current price list with an order form. Prices remain unchanged, but P&P has been increased to reflect increased postal charges. Orders can currently be placed by post with payment by cheque/PO etc. or by emailing roadtransportimages@gmail.com for payment by Paypal. Once the website is up, ordering will be available through it.
In addition, if anyone wants to place an order for collection at Gaydon or Perth, please let us know.
Happy modelling!
Graeme and Lorraine McQuaker.

Hi all,
As the new owner of RTI, let me give you an update on where we are.
The business has been transferred over. The date of 20th May was set to allow anyone that didn't want their details to be transferred to inform Diane of their intentions therefore the contact lists will not be transferred until tht date.
We are based in Ayrshire (West Central Scotland) and travelled to Kent last weekend to meet Diane and fill a van with everything that is Road Transport Images. Diane has been a great help in providing a wealth of information on suppliers etc. and showing us the casting process. It is going to be a steep learning curve for us but we are looking forward to the challenge. I have now made a start sorting the moulds into order on shelves (which also need to be made) in our garage. This is no mean feat as there are over 300 cast products and generally two moulds for each!
We are also in the process of setting up all the required business related elements and getting the website back up and running.
We intend to attend a number of exhibitions/shows in the coming months and we look forward to seeing many of you at these events. I will provide further information on these as soon as it is available.
Best wishes
Graeme.

Hope someone can help. I have two Farish 20s fitted with the Paul Chetter sounds running on layout controlled by NCE Powercab. The questions I have relate to gunning them together.
Not that experienced in using the Powercab to full effect so would welcome some help. if I consist them, the functions only workin the lead loco e.g. when F6 is activated, the sound drops back in the lead loco but not in the second one. Any thoughts?
Also, what should I change to make the power kick in at different times for each loco.

Start made on my new n gauge TMD layout. 4ftx18in
Intention is to run two areas - 80s Scotland and 80s East Midlands (56s and 58s).
Baseboards and track completed with basic wiring (enough to run locos) done. Power using NCEPowercab DCC.
Back line is for a dmu service - there will be a platform in the middle. TMD track layout is loosely based on a previous oo gauge layout of Kelvin Barnes.

Hi Jason, if you send us an email to roadtransportimages@gmail,com with details of what you want to build, I can advise what parts would suit.
