Just a follow-up on my 90 repaint. As Bachmann released 90128 I've had to change livery to 90130. So here she is.

Thanks for that. Was chatting with Brian of Shawplan and didn't realise I got a pot of RM880 off him at MR Scotland (for a different job).. I have a head like a sieve. I'll order up some decals from Fox then all I'll need is the 90 :-) T

I'm itching to repaint one and number one on my list is 90128 in SNCB Can anyone tell me what Blue to use for SNCB one? Do Railmatch or Phoenix Precision Paints or is it a standard RAL colour? Thanks T

Soz for slow reply. Emailed Golden Valley Hobbies direct and they asked me to return it back to them (refunding the postage). FYI I went to run the loco on out club layout which has a dual DC/DCC system (was running DC): DC - Gaugemaster Model D (Output: 2 x 12v D.C. at 1 amp each controlled). DCC: Gaugemaster DCC02 Prodigy Advance2. Not in any hurry for it anyway Thanks for all the info

Just got my little Janus (Happy Christmas to me) Popped it on the track and POP! The PCB blew. Anybody else have this problem?

Just got my email from Hattons. I have (now had) 12 MK2F's on pre-order at £25.46 each (Total 305.52) Now I've been told that they are £42.46 (Total 509.52) that's a 66.77% increase (Plus conversion to Euro & P&P) I was looking forward to these but 66.77% increase is taking the p&%$... Order cancelled

Dapol made my decision easier. I wasn’t going to repaint the loco but when it arrived (with all its buffers intact) the colours were soooo far off I had to… There is still a bit of work to be done but nearly there. Anyone know where I can get the correct numbers for 73123??

Yeah I see Radley do a kit but at £49/pair I think I'll have a go at making one.. Gonna start sketching it up in AutoCAD using photos and the dimensions given from Miss Prism Should be fun Regards Tony
