There was a reasonable list on the old Nottingham Victoria website by Tim Overton. There is a snapshot on the wayback machine (https://web.archive.org/) under https://timothyplatypus.tripod.com/NottinghamVictoria/GWRclasslist.html

What's coming out of the exhaust pipe looks a lot like steam to me!

LPG (a mix of propane & butane) is around 14kWh/litre.
Natural gas (mostly methane) is around 10.5kWh/cubic metre.
According to the numbers I found on the internet. Hope that helps

Plenty of oxygen at the height airliners fly. After all, conventional jet fuel needs oxygen to burn.

It depends on the certification period for the meter - list is here:
There should be a sticker on the meter to show when it was installed

I don't think I would vote for any party that thought door-to-door canvassing was a good idea at the moment.

Just for a change, how about a riddle?
My first is in Cheltenham but not in Tewksbury
My second’s in Marlborough but isn’t in Avebury
My thirds shows in Tiverton and also in Taunton
The fourth’s not in Watchet but in Midsomer Norton
My fifth is in Painswick but sure ain’t in Gloucester
The sixth is in Worcester – I think that’s enough, sir. You’re looking for warmth on this wintry day.
Hoodie?

There used to be a guide for this on the forum, but I fear it may have been a previous incarnation.. It was posted by Trains4U on 18th March 2008. I may be able to find and scan a copy if it can't be found elsewhere.

I tried to fit a Lenz Silver Direct, but it fouled the body fixing posts. Will try a Zimo MX634, hope I have more luck. I think (hope) it is short enough to fit in the slot.

There are some new photos of the station on the Wheatley Village archive website, including the first one I have ever seen of the station building from the North. On the archive search page, type 424 in the words box.

Watching some contemporary dance, to music by Patti Smith, Erik Satie and David Bowie. Weirdly interesting - interestingly weird. Bowie fans start at 34:00

Hi Ed
There are some pictures of Wheatley Station in "Branch Lines to princes Risborough" - Mitchell & Smith, and in " History of the Railways of Oxfordshire:Part 2" - Simpson.
I assume you have seen "A Little Book About Wheatley Station" by Robert Avery of Longside, whose grandfather started the timber yard by the station.
I have a copy of a magazine article about Horspath Halt (extracted by another RMWeb member) that has some quite detailed plans.
If you are interested, I am just up the road - so send a PM
regards

Have you tried using the jack input to record anything? Maybe plug it into the headphone output of your amp, if it has one.
