Have any of you that have fitted DCC to either the 03, or the 05 ( I have done both ) managed to get the directional top head light working? I suspect the way the are wired by Heljan needs modifying ?

Could I just ask a quick question, which will have an easy answer, if you happen to already know the answer. What was the visible differance between a Brush built 47 and a BR built 47?

even the rosebay willowherb looks real.
Whose is the turntable?
It's from Kitwood. https://www.kitwoodhillmodels.com/7mm-scale-65ft-turntable/

This looks fantastic. Is it portable?
I'm afraid not, well actually it probably could be, The baseboards are, but the supports aren't.

And SMS?
I still haven't connected it up yet Andrew. I'm waiting for a few days off, so work can commence, I think it will fit quite nicely once I do.
For others familier with Severn Mills Sidings by Andrew, I plan to have it at a higher level along the back of the layout, one of the sector plates will be lost, and the layout extended another 9' to a small station behind the turntable area. ( Imagine a short branch off the North London line back in the late 60s...unloved and about to close.)- 3

Hi Peter, a quick question please, did you photograph this out doors, s the sun light looks so natural?
The first two pics are outdoors. The rest indoors. It helps that I have LED strip lights though, you can change the colour temperature on them.

Does anyone have any pictures of the stock that ran with Old Oaks brake down crane in the 60s please. Or indeed info on stock running numbers diagrams etc?
Thank you in hope, rather than expectation.. -

Hi Zoro,
If you could drop us an email at info@signatrak.co.uk I would like to investigate this further with you.
Regards, Tony
Thanks for your help today Tony. Guess we both learned a lot about programing chips. I managed to get the active brakes moved from F5 to F2.

I have a class 25 with Active braking, but it is operated on F5, is there a way to change the function to F2, ( currently allocated to one of the horn sounds., please?

I purchased one of these poles sometime ago at Telford, and, the operating experiance is so much more relaxing using this device as apposed to a simple magnet on a pole, minuture shunters pole etc. Uncoupling and coupling up almost instantaneously has made shunting on my layout a pleasure, and not the chore it used to be.
It does as stated above. I really don't see why some people have to turn every thread into an argument, which is probably why I spend more time shunting my layout than reading posts on here, and other websites.Copied from the other post. If you don't like it don't buy it, your choice.

I've no idea where this is, except it must be between Llandovery and Swansea, and where the Central Wales Line connected with a local service. This negative was never printed so when I recently scanned these negatives it was the first time I'd seen this view since I took it over 50 years ago !
I'm pretty sure this image 9A.21B.jpg is Llandeilo, with the Carmarthen train on the left.

I can't find my original photographs at the moment, but, here is a couple of links
