A great update video from Hornby Magazine, I think it could be for subscribers only, but not 100% sure. The Class 60 sounds phenomenal and are expected the end of January. They also mentioned loco 3, but remained tight lipped on what it is. https://www.keymodelworld.com/article/video-cavalex-models-class-60-project-update?utm_campaign=KMW - Rail newsletter&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9sjQl75AJqng8akBj98vHOmftxVUJY9olrwP_WvQKQExIPfpqGKBBxmDd9RW9a8j7VW8qGq14kAyE-qZd-S3QLzJtiWQ&_hsmi=335415090&utm_content=335415090&utm_source=hs_email

It’s nice to get the layout to a satisfactory standard (in my book anyway). I know that I have vehicles to address at some point (all these vehicles being driven by the “invisible man”), but that is quite a large task. There is a few bits of greenery that I would say I am not happy about, but I could do much better. Anyway saying all that, I am enjoying running trains.

I see that there is a 2 bedroom Terraced House for sale in Moor Street. The Estate Agents notes say that its a “period house modernised inside in a secluded cul-de-sac”. Offers in the region of £125,000 which is about right for the area. I don’t know if they are being 100% accurate with the secluded bit. Lol….

I was at Eastleigh today and thought of Adrian and his post about 50022 being Ex Works. 66030 must have just left the works after being painted, just look how clean the exhaust silencer is The Railway was in a bit of a mess today, being the day after Storm Bert. Lots of trains were either late or cancelled. The Up Main through the station was not being used. But had a great meet up with some rmweb mates. Had a good Wetherspoons and got some scenic detail bit from the well stocked AC Models.

Just been looking through some old pictures and you are so right, NSE kept their 47’s in good shape. Came across these and you can see the red bufferbeams and pipe work so clearly.
