    who said exercise was good for you fell off push bike on sunday on castle eden walkway just after i think it hurworth station only platforms left

      yes, exercise IS good for you, It's the falling off which is detremental!

      I loved my bike rides up there,havent been since moving out of area five years ago,lovely place.PS i came off bike too,a rabit ran in front of me lol at least no one looking :O)
