  1. I see the pre order deadline for these is today. Will we be able to pre order from other retailers like Rails after this deadline for a period? I noticed with the 59s they were still available after the deadline. Sorry if this is a silly question. Just a bit cash strapped this month! ;)
  2. That too! Or any London suburban slam-door stock. Class 411, 421, 423 or 205 Thumpers etc
  3. I echo this sentiment. I grew up using these units. I'd buy multiple 455's in all the subclasses in Southern (pre refurbishment & post), Connex, SWT (old colour scheme + new) and probably NSE too. After the forthcoming Electrostar this would be the holy grail for me. FIngers crossed for the future eh
  4. Surely the 455's must be considered... BR Today! by Ian Docwra, on Flickr Especially after this ^ ;)
  5. Been following your work with keen interest ever since I read about Hedges Hill Cutting in Railway Modeller or whatever magazine it featured in originally (escapes me now). This is astonishing stuff and I’m very much waiting with baited breath to see the whole thing come together, especially as a Londoner who used this station in the 90s/ early 2000s myself. If it’s of any interest the 1994 film ‘London’ written and directed by Patrick Keiller contains a nice shot or two of London Bridge at this time period at around 46mins, including a great sweeping shot of the eastern side of the station with EMUs coming and going. The whole film in general should provide a lot of modelling inspiration as it’s full of shots of various central London locations at the time and also billboards, advertisements and vehicles. Looking forward to seeing more!
  6. I'd take 10+ in Hanson livery at least. Count me in.
  7. begging for these to be shrunk down into N! Fantastic work..
  8. If both of these ever make it to N I'll be interested in a few. Looking great!
  9. These wagons are looking superb! I've been looking for an excuse to purchase a few by trying to justify their running on the South London line in the 2010s (the area I intend model) and came across some photos on Flickr of EWS/ DB 66s hauling rakes of similar looking wagons between Cliffe & Acton. Just wondering if anyone can confirm if these are indeed the same variant? I've seen some plain white and tatty/ some plain white with the black patch but then I got thrown off by some VTG branded variants? Hopefully someone can confirm... with VTG branding
  10. Any chance of these coming to N gauge? Looking incredible
  11. Random question but I noticed recently that VTG have re-bodied a great deal of these wagons. Will this version be offered by Revolution and does someone have any information about when/ why this work was done and what flows/ routes they are used on? Picture below for reference.
  12. What is the availability of 2mm etchings at the moment? Interested in acquiring shrunken versions of the Hunslet 230 hp 0-4-0, Thomas Hill Vanguard 0-4-0DH and a Sentinel 230hp 0-4-0dh.
  13. Hi, sorry to bump such an old post but is there any way I can purchase a print of the Foden lorry off you? Such a lovely model and one I'd love to have a go at painting and detailing. I tried to private message you but encountered some problems. Jack
