Colin. In your RM article on Ledsam Street, you quote that a “penalty” is imposed if wagons cannot be placed in the right place or the loco coal wagon is not in its correct position. Can you enlighten please as to what the penalty is & how it’s applied. Many thanks, David (noctilux2).
