  4. my points are about 3 yrs or so old. my terriers and ixion hudswell clarke run fine thru them

  8. hi, my layout is based on wantage and uses setrak points and is 8x2
  9. no james the wheels and axleboxes are cast ally but no longer available, drawings enlarged from existing talyllyn drawings various sources.

  14. no problem as long as the garden has dried out a bit by the. some parts of the track ended up under water, its never done that before.
  15. no never happened, but there are facebook groups for 5" narrow gauge ground level railways.
  16. hi all. i have decided to have my 5" garden railway in its own topic. some pics are already in my sm32 garden railway. i will post some pics soon. the railway was described in miniature railway number 31. pics are pre-sm32 layout plus one after adding sm32
  17. been doing a bit more on the layout. picked the station building up on ebay, wrong name but you cant see it normally. only doing a based on wantage layout. 3d printed some concrete "footings" for the canopy supports, just need a clean up and painting. all wiring done and working need to get some more buildings sorted. dont know why the building is wrong angle its right way on computer lol
  18. hi mark, only just found this topic. nice to see you out in the garden again looks like you are having fun. i done nowt in the garden for ages apart from making a siding a passing loop. its all too boggy outside yet.
