No. I did it another way: I cut the two ends of the OR chassis off, between equipment cabinets and bufferbeams, and overlaid that on the Hornby underframe. I then replaced the Hornby corridor connections with OR ones, using parts of the OR ends too, and then gleefully binned the rest of the OR carcass.

(Buffers were MJT.) 

 

However, it still doesn't get me tinted glazing or the correct vents for a loco-hauled roof, so I think this North Berwick rake has been abandoned, and I'm waiting for someone to do Virgin [EDIT: any] MkIIIs properly.
