Guest Max Stafford
http://www.simple2trade.com/prod6.asp?ID=307&sub_cat=772&offset=&prod_id=1497&grpid=1497prod_anchor Received these today myself. Although it's accepted that they won't be as be in the same class as a top range Badger or De Vilbiss, they look decent enough! Dave.

RMweb Premium MickD Posted April 30, 2010 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 30, 2010 Hi Terry, I had a practice on an old 46 body I had laying about, but yes this was the first time I used it in anger!!.Must say It beats using aerosols, the only bugbear is setting up,compressor, paint, thinners kitchen towel all to go outside and the cleaning up afterwards. RBE
I use the BD 180's cheaper bro the BD 130. It is an excellent piece of kit for the cash, less than £20 in fact. You can almost chuck em away after using for this kinda money!!
dave_long
Hi Dave With the 1008 model just be careful with the air control regulation valve just under the paint cup as it has a very large impact on the air coming through. Practice with it in different positions and with different pressures. Dave
hayfield
Purchased a BD-180 from these people last year. http://www.airbrush-....uk/index1.html I followed an article that i found somewhere on the world wide web about truing and polishing the needle. Well worth the 30 quids Gary I brought a compressor set with 2 airbrushes after being recommended to it by a friend, one of the airbrushes in the set looks like yours. It works very well and both of us are very pleased with the resilts we have had to date.
