BRONWYDD (near Carmarthen) MODEL RAILWAY EXHIBITION SAT 2nd NOVEMBER 2019

 

Organised by the West Wales O Gauge Group - the show is multi gauge.   Address: Bronwydd Arms Village Hall, Main Road, Bronwydd Arms, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA33 6BE
 

Venue Facilities: Wheelchair Friendly,  Free Parking,  Refreshments
 

Event Opening Times: SATURDAY 10am-4pm
 

Entrance Fees: Adult-4.00, Concessions-, Child-3.00, Family-10.00
 

Visiting Layouts in several gauges. Test track available for O and OO gauge so bring your locos out for an airing! We have DC and DCC available for O and OO.

There is ample parking and good disabled access. Practical demonstrations include tree-building, loco construction and weathering and a chance to talk to radio control enthusiasts about how to convert locos.

Local bus 215 from Carmarthen to Llanpumsaint passes the hall 3 times on a Saturday.

Bus 460 Carmarthen – Newcastle Emlyn – Cardigan passes on the A484 approx 1 mile away, roughly hourly.

Bronwydd Village Hall is approx. ½ a mile from the Gwili Railway which itself is approx. ½ a mile from the A484.  It’s on the level from the Gwili to the Village Hall but is uphill from the railway back to the main road.
