I modified the bogie pivots using brass rod “pins” fixed to the coach body that engage with a slightly larger diameter hole in the bogie.  This provides a more positive engagement.

Test fitting.  Not mounted on its point yet so it's ride height is not correct yet.

 

New bt12 / 32 bogies, sizes and design taken from many photos of the dev coach.

 

Roof not glued in place yet also.

 

Working on the couplings tomorrow.

Got the ride height sorted now and the coach mounted on its bogies.

 

Working on the besare Hornby coupling now so it can be run with the old model, or converted to run behind a standard test train.
