Stargazing trains

I've encountered several articles, both telling about sky devoted trains. They are going from a light polluted dense city area to a rural area with a sky full of stars.

Actually, a lot of trains go through such areas, but without stops and equipment and time to stop for star gazing.

Are there any rocket manufacturer routes that can be used for a normal train’s trip (like a tourism idea)?
