Curved walls out of foamboard

I expect that buried in here somewhere the solution to my question has already been posted, but I couldnt find it on a search.

 

I am planning to use foamboard to create a section of curved walling, approx third radius. I would laminate brick paper to the foamboard. I wondered if anyone had any experience doing this and how it turned out. Obviously to even contemplate it I have some ideas how to do it but maybe someone has something better....... a crease forming would mean starting again

Cut vertically through the backing card at regular intervals (1/2" or so), bend to shape, stick on the brickpaper then stick a layer of thin card to the back.

You could find something of a similar curve ( cake/biscuit tin) and laminate  several layers of thin card.

 

Then when all dry, stick the brick paper on the front.
