Just thought I would pass it on 

 

I am listening to Classic FM this morning and I have just heard the presenter read out a message from a railway modeller from Halle (Germany) who is appreciative of the music being plaid and wants to pass on best wishes  all fellow railway modellers in the world.

 

Not a usual thing to hear in the radio in my experience.

Oddly enough,I also heard that. Halle historically has been a hub of the rail industry in Germany and is not far from Meiningen,a Mecca of steam both past and present. By a strange coincidence,I was watching a YouTube programme on the works last night. ….not that I understood a word,sadly.
