Thatched cottage 4mm scale, scratchbuilt by Grahame Hitchen ('bgman') - NOW SOLD

Next up is this 4mm scale scratchbuilt thatched cottage, seemingly based around a card structure. It has been built to be slotted into a corresponding area in the landscale, so as to avoid any gaps underneath the bottom of the walls when otherwise placed on a baseboard.

 

 

 

 

Beautifully observed and detailed in what you could term a 'Pendon style'. It should, of course, be possible to shorten or even remove the card base, should you need to, in order to fit it onto a layout.
