RMweb Gold Gilbert Posted April 7, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted April 7, 2022 While my access via my Laptop is fine I find I have been booted off my log in when using my phone - I've not touched it for years! I have requested password renew emails (even using a different email address when one didn't work) - has anyone else had this problem and are there any suggstions? Obviously this was first noticed when I was doing a long out and back journey by train and was hoping to catch up - the default setting does not have a "first unread post" setting so I just gave up! Moderators AY Mod Posted April 7, 2022 Moderators Share Posted April 7, 2022 Yes, there's an issue which I'm awaiting a solution on before it'll work correctly. I've looked at your login and can't see a pending change. Click on your profile at the top right, head for Account Settings and there should be a password tab on the left where you can change it whilst logged in. Failing that ping me a PM Chris with a temporary password you'd like to use andf I can reset it for you.
