I like the show's description but just to clarify for the purists, Central Alonzo is located on the Hershey in the 1950s so it'll have 100% US motive power, rolling stock and road vehicles.

The layout itself is coming along nicely and I am confident it'll be ready for September, I wouldn't normally debut a layout so far from home but Dan was the first to ask nearly 8 years ago so it's definitely been a slow burning project.

Trader Update!!

I'm pleased to be able to add 2 additional traders to the show lineup. JB Modelworld is a show regular with thier range of stock boxes and foam insets as well as essential modelling tools. The other is a new trader to us in the guise of Barry Clements (Baztrains) who already well know for his 3D printed North American outline road trailers and specialist rolling stock sold via Shapeways. Barry will also have some smaller scenic details for sale e.g. USPS mailboxes and other street furntiture

What? Was I supposed to load the layout into the car yesterday?

One (dis)advantage of still having too much to prepare means I've caught the Sun shining onto Alonzo Mill this morning at a time when I wouldn't usually see it....
