1. £25 for the overall 2010 Challenge winner (in addition to any other prizes to be announced),

plus:

2. £25 for the entry with the best trackwork (of any kind -- handbuilt, flexi, sectional, whatever). Judging by popular vote on RMweb, independently of the main challenge.

This is just about trackwork. Other aspects of the layout -- scenics, rolling-stock, etc. -- to be ignored for the purpose of judging this prize.

3. £25 for the entry making the best use of Templot.

Prizes will be a PayPal credit to any nominated account (your own, an online retailer, etc.) or in Amazon gift vouchers, at the winner's preference.

POLL NOW CLOSED. RESULTS BELOW.

Time now to place your votes! :)

As far as I can see no final entrant mentioned Templot in their summary topic, so that prize is cancelled. Instead, I will add a free copy of Templot to the prize for this poll.

Polling open until midnight 31st December 2010.

Remember this poll is just about the Challenge entry with the best trackwork, it's not the main Challenge voting. Don't forget to vote there too -- see: http://www.rmweb.co.uk/vote/index.php

Martin.

Well done Dave. Some brilliant track detailing in N gauge and a well-deserved win:

Very well deserved! It isn't often that I see 2mm modelling that makes me do a double take to see if it is really that small! I have seen plenty of track in 4mm and even 7mm that doesn't capture the look of the real thing like that on Waton does.
