I thought of your Sunblest van when I scanned this old slide and saw the Mother's Pride equivalent behind the container truck:

This is Salford/Manchester in 1970/71, with the container being transferred between ship and train.

Late 60s British trucks and container trailers are hard to find in 1:43.

That is a very atmospheric shot, thanks for sharing.

Picked up and old Humbrol 1:43 Landrover 109 a couple of years back. Finally found a use for it, though maybe not 100% prototypical (I've only found pix of British Rail ones) it looks the part.
