Stuart-AU
HI.. I was just wondering if a space 2400mmx400mm would fit in the layout size for the 2010 challenge ? Also will there be space to add a small fiddler yard on one end. Sorry to ask but my brain is fried (40C most day here) Stuart in OZ I see the language police are up early
Steve K
2400 x 400mm is just about 1488 square inches, so well under the 2010 limit!
Nortonian
HI.. I was just wondering if 2400x400 fits in the layout size??? Is there any space left over... Shadow
Guessing that it's in mm (2400 = 8ft and 400 = 15.75 inch) then it's about approx 1511 square inches. Within the limits.
Adrian
I think you mean `Dumb` Question !. Here`s one from us. 2400x400 what, monkies, bananas, elephants ?. I'd cut him some slack - he did say his brain was fried, besides I think you mean "I think you mean 'dumb' question!". I think you mean "monkeys" People in glass houses etc. etc. need to consider Muphry's Law. Which I fall foul of on many occasion. DonB
Calculations above show that you would have room for fiddle area. Go for it, you will be just out of your Winter, (prime modelling tme), at the conclusion of the challenge on 20th October. Could be considered an unfair advantage! Any chance of swapping a bit of your 40C for a bit of our snow ??
