Have the mandatory layout thread which doesn't really get updated.

 

Have the weathering thread which has been very active this past year.

 

Scenery ? Well, a recent burst of activity forces me to open this thread.

 

Last two weekends work attached, happy so far..

 

Salvaged pieces of wood & chicken wire to form bank:

Stuffed spare packaging underneath to stabilise:

 

 

Cover with bandage soaked in plaster:

 

 

Crude spread of flock to tone the paint down (in retro should have used dark green or brown paint):

 

 

Today it's been static grass time. On most areas I toned down the green with the brown paint prior to applying grass.

 

Planned ploughed field.

 

Planned temporary NR area for works in the area.

 

 

 

So next its fences, barrier for the NR section. Paint ploughed field. Trees & scrub etc.

 

Really pleased so far.
